on 01.01.2025., hereby issues the following
DECISION
on special conditions of sale for certain groups of consumers
Article 1
Special conditions of sale are established that apply to the following groups of consumers:
DAILY SEA BERTH
1.1. For consumers who use the daily sea berth service, the following discount is granted:

1.2. For groups of vessels that enter the marina on the same day and are part of a flotilla or other organized group sailing, the following discount on daily berths is granted, subject to prior reservation of berths according to marina availability:

DAILY DRY BERTH
1.3. For the group of consumers who use the daily dry berth, the following discount is granted:

TRAVEL LIFT
1.4. For a group of consumers who own a vessel up to 10 meters in length (LOA), brought on a trailer and for which they use the service of 2 travel lift operations, provided that they do not use a mooring on land to perform services on the vessel, the following discount is granted:

1.5. For a group of consumers who reside in the area of the Municipality of Marina (domicile population; upon presentation of an ID card) and own a vessel up to 12 meters in length (LOA), the following discount is granted once a year:

The price of the travel lift includes cradles and daily dry berth for stays of up to 10 days. |

1.6. For the group of consumers "External charter companies", which do not operate within the marina and which use the travel lift service for servicing vessels, with a copy of the document showing the economic purpose of the vessel, the following discount is granted (a certain amount of discount is realized for each vessel brought in only if the consumer submits in advance a list with the total number of vessels to be lifted out):

SEA BERTH / DRY BERTH / TRAVEL LIFT SERVICE
1.7. For the group of consumers "Authorized Vessel Distributors" who bring at least 3 vessels to the marina annually (with a copy of the document showing authorization) and use the travel lift and/or berth services, with the obligation of prior reservation according to the availability of the marina, the following discount is granted:

Article 2
2.1. The discounts specified in Article 1 of this Decision are valid from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025.
2.2. The discounts specified in Article 1 of this Decision are calculated on the prices stated in the current price list of marina services for 2025.
Article 3
3.1. Discounts cannot be added together and are mutually exclusive.
Article 4
4.1. This Decision on special conditions of sale for individual consumer groups will be announced on the marina notice board and on the official marina website.
